The Theme:
the apocalypse. however you see it. zombie, nuclear, Ragnarok, Rapture, asteroid, whatever comes to your mind when you think Apocalypse. whether you write about how it all ends, what it's like being there, or just plain trying to survive it, I want to see how creative you can get!

So if any of you have been wondering where Writers4Life’s annual November contest has been, I’ve been waiting until the end of the month to post it. When I’ve asked members in the past what improvements can be made in the group, people want more time for the November contest, and therefore I have waited to post this until now. I figure for those of you who have school, you will be able to compete with the extra time you have off for holiday break in December. Also figured this posting date, would be easier on you NaNo writers. So, we’re still having our annual November contest, we’re just starting it a bit later than usual. Without further a due, I present to you the 4th annual Writers4Life November writing contest.

Timeline Contest runs starting today 11/28/12 until 12/30/12

Word Count Please keep your entries under 3,000 words. Writers4Life has grown immensely since our last contest, we have over 500 members! If we have even half that number submitting work, that’s a lot! for us to read. So please keep entries at or below 3,000 words, thanks.

Theme No theme like usual, write what inspires you! Write something that will make us judges not want to leave our computers until we have finished reading your piece!

Multiple submissions One entry per member please, we’d love to have more entries, but as stated above, we have a lot of members and have to limit submissions to one per member. Sorry.

Submitting ‘old’ works If you wish, you may submit a piece already in your gallery, however I implore you to edit it again and to make sure its some of your best work.

How to submit your entry Send a note TO THE GROUP with the link to your piece. Easy as that. If you are self-conscious about submitting, do not worry as it will only be judges seeing your piece, no one else will know you submitted it to us, unless you win that is.
